Pressure Switch

1.High voltage and low voltage switches are devices used for system pressure protection. When the operating pressure of the system is too high or too low, the pressure switch acts and the air conditioning stops.

2. According to the level of action pressure, there are mainly two types: high-pressure pressure switch and low-pressure pressure switch; According to the on-off of the contact circuit after the switch action, there are two types: normally open and normally closed.

3. Pressure switches are mechanical protective devices. Common normally closed low-voltage switches open when the low pressure is below 0.05MPa, and resume closure when the low pressure rises to 0.15MPa. Their operating principle is: when the pressure inside the pressure switch is too low, the internal contacts separate; When the low pressure rises beyond the recovery value, the internal diaphragm is closed to the contact under the pressure.

 Operating Principle 

◆ The series of pressure control are made based on the theory that an inside reversible stainless steel motion diaphragm turns   over when inducing certain pressure. The electric contact opens with the leader when the diaphragm moves. The switch resets

automatically when induced pressure reduces below rated value.

 Application

◆ The series of products are specially designed and manufactured for the refrigeration equipment using CO2 as refrigerant, the pressure of this kind of refrigeration system is much higher than that of the normal system. The product also applies to all equipments

and toolings with the high protection pressure over 800PSI(5.5 MPa).
